Project Runway: Teams Episode 06 on

Just so not motivated, and I am still not sure about this...but on to this weeks challenge:
We had to create an outfit for an older woman, each contestand was given another person and so had to design for different events.
My client: elegant, teal, can be sleeveless, prefers flowing fabrics (your client is of petite height and very curvy)
Oh god I hated this challenge, I just had no idea what to do, but at least I came up with this:

A darker teal circle skirt, simple, swirling around her curves, but not too much fabric so that it does not make her look fat. I held this so simple so that the attention goes to the top and let her seem a little bit taller than she is.

The top is a simple black top, not too tight, but it does not billow out. Attached onto this top is a teal, light piece of fabric going from one sholder to the other, creating something (and again do not know how to call this) like a scarf thingie or so...Yeah, this piece has a color gradient so that the attention again is drawn up to make her taller.

The whole outfit is really simple, older ladies usually do not dress themselves in outstanding clothes and the simplicity kepps the dress on an elegant level.
